This is an original painting by Mr. Hooper of Nashville, Tennessee. It is a depiction of an early 20th century politician (William Howard Taft) standing upon a stump. The politician is in disguise as he is wearing a mask. His script is rolled up in his hand while the colorful language spills from his mouth. This painting was inspired by this ridiculous political season where we Americans find ourselves.
