Acrylic paint on wood
This piece requires no frame. It comes ready to hang on your wall.
This is an original artwork by Mr. Hooper of Nashville, TN. It is a depiction of two young men on bicycles. One of these young men is holding a fiddle, while the other has a banjo. The text in this painting reveals that these two are twin brothers and partners in music. You can see the wooden surface, in which the piece is painting upon, is exposed in the background.
Text reads: "My twin uncles were born at the Warren County Hospital in Bowling Green. It was Grampy who named them Warren and B.G. Warren played the fiddle as fine as anyone in the state. B.G. played the banjo, but not too good. Uncle Warren could have found himself a much better musical partner, but it would have been a shame to break up the matched set."
