This is an original painting by Mr Hooper of Nashville, Tennessee. It is a painting split in the middle creating two illustrated panels. The top panel has a red background and a single Crow rendered in full color with the words: "Drunk & Disorderly on the Pavement in your Sunday Shoes." The bottom panel has a blue background with a series of cartoon faces rendered in a single line of off-white paint. Over these faces are too crows rendered in Gray paint.
